The winners of Clean Future are...

Congratulations to the winners of Clean Future: Windcredible, The Carbon Games e Hortee!

Yesterday afternoon, we brought the community together to mark the end of Clean Future, our acceleration program for CleanTech projects. The Clean Future demo day featured pitches from 22 solutions divided into the areas of construction, mobility, and retail, all aiming to make cities more sustainable through innovation. In the end, we got to know the global winner of the program and the Construction category: Windcredible, a startup focused on micro wind turbines to produce energy anywhere. We also recognized the winners of the other categories: The Carbon Games in Mobility and Hortee in the Retail category.

The demo day took place at Fábrica do Pão in Hub Criativo do Beato and had a jury composed of representatives from the program's partners - Deloitte, CTT, MEXT (Mota-Engil), EMEL, and GS1 Portugal. Each category winner received a monetary prize of 5,000 euros, while the global winner of the program received a total of 10,000 euros, making a total of 20,000 euros in awards given by the partners! Additionally, the winners can now further develop their projects as incubated startups at Startup Lisboa with the support of the program's partners.

The program, which lasted 10 weeks and provided participating startups with visits to the ecosystem, business capacitation workshops, and immersive sessions to accelerate their development, concluded yesterday with the selection of the winners. Congratulations to everyone!
